Abstract
Farma Zeleno polje u vlasništvu je Belja sa primarnom funkcijom proizvodnje mlijeka. Izgrađena je 1913. godine i jedna je od najstarijih beljskih farmi. Nalazi se u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji pored sela Petlovac i u blizini je Belog manastira gdje se nalazi mljekara kojoj farma Zeleno polje prodaje mlijeko. Farma zapošljava 20 radnika. Jedina zastupljena pasmina na farmi je Holstein pasmina koja je ujedno i jedna od najmlječnijih pasmina u svijetu. Na farmi se trenutno nalazi 328 mliječnih krava, 25 junica i 20 teladi. Uz izbalansiranu hranidbu mliječne krave postižu prosječnu dnevnu proizvodnju od 30 litara. Obroci na farmi su podijeljeni u 6 kategorija napravljenih prema dnevnoj proizvodnji mlijeka i proizvodnom ciklusu. Obroke smo podijelili na uvod u laktaciju, sredina laktacije, kraj laktacije, suhostaj i priprema pred telenje. Od krmiva u hranidbi koristi se silaža kukuruza, sijeno lucerne, sjenaža lucerne, slama pšenice, ječam, kukuruz, dopunske i kompletne smjese.
Abstract (english)
Belje ha san ownership of the farm Zeleno polje, with it´s primary function of milk production. Built in 1913., it´s one of the company´s oldest farms. The farm is located in Osječko-baranjska county, next to Petlovac village, and in close proximity of a little town called Beli manastir. Located in the town is a dairy plant that buys Zeleno polje farm´s milk. The farm hires around 20 employees. Holstein is the only breed that the farm holds, also being considered as the one breed which has the largest output of milk in the world. Currently there are 328 dairy cows, 25 heifers and 20 calfs on the farm. Through a well-balanced diet, the dairy cattle can reach a daily milk production of 30 liters. Based on a daily milk production and pruduction cycle, meals on the farm are divided into 6 groups. Those 6 groups are as follows: early lactation, middle of lactation, end of lactation, dry period and preparation for calving. Maize silage, alfalfa hay, alfalfa haylage, wheat straw, barley, corn, supplentary nad complete mixtures are the main fodders used in feeding.
