Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je problem izlučivanja prevelike količine metana u okoliš. Izlučivanje se događa pod utjecajem mikrobiološke populacije buraga. Metan se stvara u fermentacijskim procesima koja su ostvariva u anaerobnim okolnostima buraga preživača. Metan se nečujnom pojavom eruktacije izlučuje u okoliš i time zagađuje atmosferu povećavajući staklenički efekt. U radu su opisane anatomsko – fiziološke odlike probavnog sustava preživača i hranidbene potrebe goveda za određenim krmivima, kao i mogućnost dodataka prehrani kako bi se smanjila količina metana u buragu.
Abstract (english)
This document describes the problem about too much excretion methane into the environment. Excretion occurs under the influence of microbiological populations of the rumen. Methane is formed in fermentation processes that are achievable in the anaerobic circumstances of ruminant rumen. Methane is excreted in the environment by the silent occurrence of eructation and pollutes the atmosphere over time, increasing the greenhouse effect. This document also describes the anatomical - physiological characteristics of the digestive system of ruminants and the nutritional needs of cattle for certain feeds, as well as the possibility of adding food to reduce the amount of methane in the rumen.
