Abstract
Interes novih potencijalnih proizvođača višnje usmjeren je odabiru poznatih i tradicionalnih kultivara našeg uzgojnog područja. Oblačinska višnja predstavlja vodeću sortu višanja u prerađivačkoj industriji Hrvatske. Istraživanje o mogućnosti mikropropagacije, odnosno organogeneze pojedinih tipova eksplantata Oblačinske višnje provedeno je na Fakultetu agrobiotehničkih znanosti Osijek (in vitro labaratorij za voćarstvo) tijekom 2020. godine. Nakon 30 dana kulture svi tretmani su inicirali dovoljnu biomasu za provođenje morfoloških mjerenja. Rezultati ukazuju na mogućnost organogeneze oba tipa eksplantata. Tretman koji je uključivao baze izdanaka inicirao je veći broj izdanaka i listova u odnosu na tretman s pojedinačnim izdancima. Dokazana je mogućnost organogeneze mikro izdanaka iz aksilarnih pupoljaka pojedinačnog izdanka. Uključivanje pojedinačnih izdanaka u daljnju fazu multiplikacije (umnožavanja) nameće se kao idealno rješenje ukoliko nam je potrebna masovna i brza produkcija sadnog materijala. Buduća istraživanja usmjeriti ispitivanju utjecaja različitih vrsta i koncentracija biljnih regulatora rasta (citokinina i auksina) na pojedine tipove eksplantata, a prvenstveno na pojedinačne izdanke.
Abstract (english)
The interest of new sour cherry fruit producer is focused on the selection of well-known and traditional cultivars of our growing area. Cv. Oblačinska is the leading variety of sour cherry in the Croatian fruit industry. Research on the possibility of micropropagation, i.e. organogenesis of different types of cherry explants was conducted at the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek (in vitro laboratory for fruit growing) during 2020. After 30 days of culture, all treatments initiated adequately biomass to perform morphological measurements. The results indicate possibility of organogenesis both types of explants. The treatment, which included a base shoots initiated larger number of shoots and leaves as compared to treatment with single shoots. The possibility of organogenesis of micro shoots from axillary buds of a single shoot has proven. The inclusion of single shoots in the further phase of multiplication imposed as an ideal solution if we need mass and rapid production of planting material. Future research should be focus on examining the influence of different type and concentrations of plant growth regulators (cytokinins and auxins) on different types of explants, and primarily on single shoots
