Abstract
Pčelarstvo djeluje kao zasebna stočarska grana pri kojoj stočar ne mora nužno biti vezan za svoje zemljište. Klasifikacija pčelarstva odvija se tako što se razlikuje nekoliko vrsta pčelarstva ovisno o načinu uzgoja. Prvo je seleće pčelarstvo pri kojem stočar seli košnice na mjesta ispaše, ovisno o godišnjem dobu te stacionarno pčelarstvo koje nema svoje zemljište. Varooza je nametnička bolest koja napada košnice koja može prouzrokovati značaje štete s ekonomskog aspekta. Naime, ova bolest... More prijeti svim proizvođačima meda u Hrvatskoj, ova bolest pojavila se prije tridesetak godina, te kako se širila Europom tako nije zaobišla ni proizvođače u Republici Hrvatskoj. U zemljama gdje je bolest potvrđena, varooza uzrokuje značajne ekonomske štete. Posljednjih godina učinci varooze su izraženiji iz razloga što je bolest djelomično stekla imunitet prema veterinarsko-medicinskim proizvodima koji su često rabljeni i često primjenjivani na pogrešan način. Utvrđivanje kvalitete i botaničkog podrijetla meda vršit će se pomoću mjera pri čemu će biti sufinancirano djelomično određivanje njegova sastava prema sljedećim kriterijima: dijastezemeliopačinološka i senzorska analiza, a na temelju do tri uzorka po pčelaru. Iz razloga što su pčele izrazito izložene eksternim utjecajima koji mogu ugroziti njihovu egzistenciju bitno je revitalizacija pčelinjeg fonda koje je od krucijalne važnosti za čovječanstvo. Sufinanciranjem tehničke opreme pčelarima se omogućava modernizacija pčelarstva, ali isključivo onim pčelarima koji su registrirani u Evidenciji pčelara neovisno o broju pčelinjih zajednica. Predmet projekta je sufinanciranje nabave pomagala, pribora i opreme koja se koristi u pčelarstvu. Kako pčelari iskorištavaju manje od 50% pašnih resursa koji su im na raspolaganju, ukazuje se potreba modernizacije opreme i povećanjem broja pčelinjih zajednica, u cilju povećanja ukupne proizvodnje. Svaki pčelar je odgovoran za proizvodnju zdravstveno ispravnih pčelinjih proizvoda. Zasijavanje posebnih cvjetnih traka rješava se problem ishrane pčela u jesenjem periodu u kojima biljke cvatu od proljeća do kasne jeseni. Abstract (english)
Apiculture is a separate branch of farming in which the bees-breeder is not necessary tied down to his parcel. Classification of apiculture is based on the manner of breeding of bees. There are several types of apiculture such as migrated apiculture when bees are constantly being moved to the plaes of pasture, then stationed apiculture in which case the bees-breeder does not own a parcel of his own. Unfortunately, beehives are mostly threatened by the parasite disease known as varoosa... More which can cause serious damage mostly from the economical aspect. Moreover, this parasite disease started to threaten even the Croatian producers of honey some thirty years ago. In recent years the effects of varoosa disease have caused more damage as it slowly became immune to the veterinary- medical products that have been often misused and applied in the wrong way. The life extension of bees is of crucial importance to humankind since the bees are highly sensitive to the extreme weather changes so they need to be handled with proper care. Some of the registered bees-breeders have tje advantage of working with modern technologies in bees-breeding since their equipment is being financed by the government. The main goal of the project is to finance the supply od apparatus, kit and equipment which are indispensable I bees-breeding. Special type of flower-tape is a solution to the problem of feeding the bees during the fall due to the lack of blossoming flowers in that season.
