Abstract
U suvremenim uvjetima poslovanja virtualizacija dobiva sve veći značaj, a razvojem e-poslovanja kao i općenito web tehnologije nastaju mogućnosti stvaranja novih poslovnih procesa, te se zamjenjuje fizičko poslovanje. Porastom informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija poljoprivrednici se usmjeravaju na digitalizaciju poslovanja. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti oblike virtualizacije poslovanja obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava te koje strategije primjenjuje u suvremenom virtualnom poslovnom okruženju. U istraživačkom procesu prva hipoteza (H1) bila je da poljoprivredni poduzetnici i menadžeri koriste internet u poslovanju, što je i potvrđeno jer 72% poljoprivrednih proizvođača svakodnevno ga koristi u poslovanju u obliku prodaje proizvoda ili komunikacije s partnerima i potrošačima. Drugom se hipotezom (H2) pretpostavlja da je COVID pandemija utjecala na primjenu informacijskih i komunikacijskih tehnologija u agrobiznisu što to potvrđeno jer svi poljoprivredni proizvođači (100%) tvrde kako bi COVID pandemija mogla ojačati domaću poljoprivredu, dok njih 78% navodi kako se mlađi zaposlenici bolje snalaze u poslovanju i primjeni tehnologije. Treća hipoteza (H3) bila je da virtualizacija poslovanja stvara nove prilike i strategije u agrobiznisu što je također točno jer iz navedenih rezultata vidljivo je kako klasični načini promocije i privlačenja kupaca poput izlaganja na sajmovima (2,94%), tržnicama (2,94%) ili usmenom predajom (2,94%) se polako zamjenjuju s elektroničkim marketingom, odnosno online oglašavanjem i to pretežno putem društvenih mreža poput Facebooka (41,18%) i Instragrama (11,76%). U budućem razdoblju virtualne tržnice mogle bi postati osnovni kanal za prodaju i promociju proizvoda/usluga te unaprijeđenom mehanizacijom kojom upravljaju kompjuteri opremljeni kamerama i GPS-om olakšati poljoprivrednicima posao te omogućiti istovremeno obavljanje više poslovnih aktivnosti.
Abstract (english)
In modern business conditions, virtualization is becoming increasingly important, and the development of ebusiness and web technology, in general, creates opportunities to create new business processes and replaces physical business. With the rise of information and communication technologies, farmers are focusing on the digitalization of business. The aim of this paper is to investigate the forms of virtualization of family farms and what strategies it applies in the modern virtual business environment. In the research process, the first hypothesis (H1) was that farmers and managers use the Internet in business, which was confirmed because 72% of farmers use it daily in business in the form of product sales or communication with partners and consumers. The second hypothesis (H2) assumes that the COVID pandemic affected the application of information and communication technologies in agribusiness, which is confirmed because all farmers (100%) claim that the COVID pandemic could strengthen domestic agriculture, while 78% of them state that younger employees they do better in business and technology application. The third hypothesis (H3) was that business virtualization creates new opportunities and strategies in agribusiness, which is also true because the above results show that the classic ways of promoting and attracting customers such as exhibiting at fairs (2.94%), markets (2.94) %) or word of mouth (2.94%) are slowly being replaced by electronic marketing, ie online advertising, mainly through social networks such as Facebook (41.18%) and Instagram (11.76%). In the future, virtual markets could become a basic channel for the sale and promotion of products/services and, with improved mechanization controlled by computers equipped with cameras and GPS, make business easier for farmers and enable them to perform several business activities at the same time.
