Abstract
Svaki gospodarski subjekt bez obzira na to jesu li njegove aktivnosti profitnog ili neprofitnog karaktera, određuje cijenu svojim proizvodima. Cijena je novčani izraz vrijednosti nekog dobra. Ona može predstavljati i količinu novca koju kupac daje ponuđaču za jedinicu određenog dobra. Za reguliranje cijena poljoprivrednih proizvoda u Republici Hrvatskoj zaduženo je najvećim dijelom Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja te ono donosi niz pravila i obveza za sve poslovne subjekte. Cijena je jedini element marketing mix-a koji za svako poduzeće predstavlja izvor prihoda, dok svi ostali elementi marketing mix-a (proizvod, promocija i distribucija) predstavljaju trošak. U ovom radu prikazan je postupak, čimbenici i ciljevi određivanja cijena poljoprivrednih proizvoda te indeksa cijena pojedinih poljoprivrednih proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
Every economic entity, regardless of whether its activities are for-profit or non-profit, determines the price of its products. Price is a monetary expression of the value of a good. The price can also represent the amount of money that the buyer gives to the bidder for a unit of a particular good. The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development most part is in charge of determining the prices of agricultural products in the Republic of Croatia, and it adopts a number of rules and obligations for all business entities. Price is the only element of the marketing mix that represents a source of income for each company, while all other elements of the marketing mix (product, promotion and distribution) represent a cost. This paper presents the procedure, factors and goals of determining agricultural products and the price index of individual agricultural products.
