Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi razlike u antifungalnom djelovanju šest eteričnih ulja (limuna, naranče, bora, ružmarina, timijana, anisa) na gljivu Fusarium culmorum pri volatilnom i kontaktnom djelovanju. Ulje timijana imalo je najjače antifungalno djelovanje na porast micelija gljive Fusarium culmorum pri svim količinama primjene (10, 30 i 50 μL) te načinima djelovanja (kontaktno i volatilno). Slijedilo ga je eterično ulje anisa čija je jačina antifungalnog djelovanja značajno rasla s povećanjem količine. Eterično ulje limuna imalo je značajno jače antifungalno djelovanje pri kontaktnom djelovanju. Ulje naranče nije pokazalo inhibitorni učinak na porast micelija gljive Fusarium culmorum neovisno o količini i načinu primjene.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to determine the differences in the antifungal activity of six essential oils (lemon, orange, pine, rosemary, thyme, anise) on the fungus Fusarium culmorum in volatile and contact phase. Thyme oil showed a statistically better inhibitory effect on the growth of Fusarium culmorum mycelium at all application amounts (10, 30 and 50 μL) and in contact and volatile phase. It was followed by anise essential oil whose strength of antifungal action increased with increasing amounts of oils. Lemon essential oil had s significantly stronger antifungal effect in thr contact phase. Orange oil did not show an inhibitory effect on the growth of Fusarium culmorum mycelium regardless of the amount and method of application.
