Abstract
Intenzivan uzgoj fazana namijenjen je zadovoljavanju potreba lovišta, povećanju brojnosti populacije prije sezone lova, naseljavanju nekog područja, stabilizaciji populacije, regulaciji spolne strukture ili unosu novog genetskog materijala. Proces intenzivnog uzgoja na fazanerijama započinje formiranjem matičnog jata za koje se biraju najkvalitetnije jedinke kako bi i krajnji rezultat bio visoko kvalitetan. Daljnji proces sastoji se od sakupljanja jaja, selekcije, inkubacije, valjenja pilića i uzgoja u grijanim prostorijama do dobi od 7. tjedna. Nakon 7 tjedana fazani se ispuštaju u vanjske volijere gdje se dalje uzgajaju do dobne kategorije potrebne tržištu. Za uspješnu proizvodnju kvalitetne fazanske divljači potrebno je zadovoljiti sve proizvodne i zdravstvene standarde. Kao primjer intenzivne proizvodnje obrađeni su podatci o proizvodnji za fazaneriju lovačkog društva „Fazan“ u Dardi iz čega je vidljivo je da se 2022. godine potražnja za fazanskom divljači povećala u odnosu na prethodne dvije godine.
Abstract (english)
Intensive breeding of pheasants is intended to meet the needs of the hunting ground, increase the number of the population before the hunting season, settle an area, stabilize the population, regulate the gender structure or introduce new genetic material. The process of intensive breeding on pheasants begins with the formation of a mother flock for which the best-qualified individuals are selected so that the end result is of high quality. The further process consists of egg collection, selection, incubation, hatching of chicks and rearing in heated rooms until 7 weeks of age. After 7 weeks, the pheasants are released into outdoor aviaries where they are further bred to the age category required for the market. For the successful production of quality pheasant games, it is necessary to meet all production and health standards. As an example of intensive production, the production data for the pheasantry of the "Fazan" hunting company in Darda was processed, from which it is evident that in 2022. the demand for pheasant game increased compared to the previous two years.
