Abstract
Prinos zobi na OPG-u “Đipan“ iznosio je 3,4 t/ha. Masa 1000 zrna iznosila je 32 g, hektolitarska masa bila je 47 kg, a sadržaj bjelančevina 10 %. Zob se najvećim dijelom koristi za hranidbu stoke, zatim ljudsku prehranu te ostale namjene. Prosječni prinosi zobi u svijetu su oko 2,2 t/ha, a kod nas oko 2,8 t/ha. Zob nema velike zahtjeve prema temperaturi i tlu, ali treba više vode u odnosu na druge žitarice. Uzgaja se u plodoredu gdje obično dolazi na zadnje mjesto. Jara zob se gnoji sa 60-90 kg/ha N, 60-80 kg/ha P2O5, 70-110 kg/ha K2O, na plodnim tlima. Ozima zob se gnoji sa 80-100 kg/ha N, 60-80 kg/ha P2O5 , 70-110 kg/ha K2O. Optimalna gustoća sjetve zobi je 300-600 zrna /metru kvadratnom. Ozima zob se sije u prvoj polovici listopada, a jara krajem veljače ili početak ožujka. Žetva zobi se obavlja sa žitnim kombajnom u drugoj dekadi srpnja.
Abstract (english)
Oat yield at OPG "Đipan" was 3.4 t/ha. The weight of 1000 grains was 32 g, the hectoliter weight was 47 kg, and the protein content was 10%. Oats are mostly used for feeding cattle, then for human consumption and other purposes. Average oat yields in the world are around 2.2 t/ha, and in our country around 2.8 t/ha. Oats do not have great requirements for temperature and soil, but they need more water than other cereals. It is grown in the crop rotation where it usually comes last. Spring oats are fertilized with 60-90 kg/ha N, 60-80 kg/ha P2O5, 70-110 kg/ha K2O, on fertile soils. In winter, oats are fertilized with 80-100 kg/ha N, 60-80 kg/ha P2O5, 70-110 kg/ha K2O. The optimal sowing density of oats is 300-600 grains / square meter. Winter oats are sown in the first half of October, and spring oats in late February or early March. Oats are harvested with a grain harvester in the second decade of July.
