Abstract
Soja (Glycine max L.) je ratarska kultura koja se uzgaja više od 4000 godina, a donešena je u Europu krajem 17. Stoljeća. Za razliku od ostalih jednogodišnjih kultura soja je najznačajnija proteinska i uljna kultura u svijetu jer proizvodi najviše bjelančevina. Zrno soje sadrži 35-55 % bjelančevina i 18-24 % ulja. U Hrvatskoj se sije na oko 90 000 ha. Na OPG-u Ivan Sabo soja se sije na 25 ha. Sorta soje koju koriste je sorta I. grupe zriobe i naziva se IKA i sa tom sortom ostvaruju prinose od oko 4 t/ha, sa sadržajem ulja od 20-22 %. Količina sjemena za sjetvu je 140 kg. U ekološkoj poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji raspolažu sa 80 ha, a uz soju uzgajaju se i druge ratarske kulture: suncokret (25 ha), pir (10 ha), pšenica (20 ha).
Abstract (english)
Soy (Glycine max L.) is a field crop that has been cultivated for more than 4,000 years, and was brought to Europe at the end of the 17th century. Unlike other annual crops, soy is the most important protein and oil crop in the world because it produces the most protein. Soybeans contain 35-55 % protein and 18-24 % oil. In Croatia, it is sown on about 90,000 ha. At OPG Ivan Sabo, soybeans are sown on 25 ha. The variety of soybeans they use is the variety of the I. maturation group and is called IKA, and the average yield achieved with this variety is 4 t/ha, with an oil content of 20-22 %. The amount of seed for sowing is 140 kg. In ecological agricultural production, they have 80 ha, and in addition to soybeans, other crops are grown: sunflower (25 ha), spelt (10 ha), wheat (20 ha).
