Abstract
Benchmarking kao proces predstavlja mjerenje i uspoređivanje najznačajnijih tehnoloških, ekonomskih i financijskih pokazatelja uspješnosti proizvodnje proizvoda i usluga s najboljima, bilo unutar područja djelovanja poduzeća ili izvan njega. Provedba benchmarking procesa vrši se u četiri faze od kojih svaka ima svoje korake. Cilj istraživanja bio je opisati ulogu i značaj benchmarkinga kao metode kojom se uspoređuju najznačajnije performanse poduzeća s boljim ili najboljim u okruženu na primjeru poduzeća Ruris d.o.o. koje je komparirano s poduzećem Osatina grupa d.o.o. Benchmarking je proveden na temelju dostupnih podataka iz financijskih izvještaja – bilance te računa dobiti i gubitka te izračunatih pokazatelja uspješnosti poslovanja za poduzeća Ruris d.o.o. i Osatina grupa d.o.o. Analizom je utvrđena razlika u iznosima dobiti poduzeća kroz promatrani vremenski period dok su analizom izračunatih pokazatelja uspješnosti poslovanja oba poduzeća uočena određena odstupanja u pojedinim indikatorima uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća Ruris d.o.o. u odnosu na Osatina grupu d.o.o. koje bi Ruris d.o.o. trebao poboljšati kako bi se, shodno tome, povećala i konkurentnost poduzeća u odnosu na ostale.
Abstract (english)
Benchmarking as a process represents the measurement and comparison of the most significant technological, economic and financial indicators of the success of the production of products and services with the best, either within the company's field of activity or outside it. The benchmarking process is carried out in four phases, each of which has its own steps. The goal of the research was to describe the role and significance of benchmarking as a method that compares the most significant performance of a company with the best or the best in the surrounding area using the example of the company Ruris d.o.o. which is compared with the company Osatina grupa d.o.o. Benchmarking was carried out on the basis of available data from financial statements - balance sheet and profit and loss account, as well as calculated performance indicators for companies Ruris d.o.o. and Osatina grupa d.o.o. The analysis determined the difference in the company's profit amounts throughout the observed time period, while the analysis of the calculated performance indicators of both companies revealed certain deviations in certain indicators of the performance of Ruris d.o.o. in relation to Osatina group d.o.o. which Ruris d.o.o. should be improved in order to, accordingly, increase the competitiveness of the company compared to others.
