Abstract
U ovome završnom radu prikazani su procesni koraci i faze pri proizvodnji bioplina. Također su prikazani i objekti i oprema koji su analizirani te je navedeno kako se oni održavaju. Proces proizvodnje bioplina je zatvoren ciklus hranjivih tvari, a odvija se u bioplinskom postrojenju procesom anaerobne digestije. Bioplin je moguće koristiti kao izvor električne energije ili topline, te kao gorivo za motore s unutarnjim izgaranjem. Kako bi cijeli sustav optimalno funkcionirao, neophodno je uz uobičajene fizikalno-kemijske analize supstrata vršiti i dnevna, tjedna, mjesečna i godišnja održavanja i preglede opreme i objekata. U slučaju nepredviđenih kvarova i odstupanja poduzimaju se potrebne operacije za otklanjanje kvarova. Održavanje istraživanog postrojenja obavlja se dnevno pregledom i popisivanjem parametara i planski najčešće jednom godišnje.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the process steps and phases in the production of biogas are presented. The buildings and equipment that were analyzed in this work, and how they are maintained are also shown. The biogas production process is a closed cycle of nutrients, and it takes place in the biogas plant through the process of anaerobic digestion. Biogas can be used as a source of electricity or heat, and as fuel for internal combustion engines. In order for the entire system to function optimally, it is necessary to carry out daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance and inspections of equipment and facilities in addition to the usual physical and chemical analyzes of the substrate. In case of unforeseen failures and deviations, the necessary operations are undertaken to eliminate the failures. The maintenance of the analyzed facility is performed daily by inspecting and listing the parameters and usually once a year.
