Abstract
Proizvodnja rajčice je kapitalno intenzivna proizvodnja te proizvođači moraju biti upoznati s mogućim rizicima koji se pojavljuju pri uzgoju rajčice. Istraživanja o tehnološkim činiteljima i ekonomskim rezultatima pri uzgoju rajčice provedena su tijekom 2022. godine za prethodnu 2021.godinu na OPG-u “Dario Drenić” iz Tenje. Pri uzgoju rajčice u plasteniku, ostvaren je prinos od 3820 kg. Ukupni troškovi proizvodnje iznosili su 16.253,04 HRK. Od toga je 600,00 HRK utrošeno na sjeme za presadnice, za mineralna gnojiva i zaštitna sredstva, 1.439,80 HRK, dok je za troškove goriva i maziva utrošeno 45,64 HRK. Ukupna vrijednost proizvodnje rajčice iznosi 26.700,00 HRK, a nakon podmirenja varijabilnih troškova ostvarena je dobit od 10.446,96 HRK. Na temelju koeficijenta ekonomičnosti, koji iznosi 1,64 , može se zaključiti da je proizvodnja rajčice ekonomična. Rentabilnost proizvodnje iznosi 39,12 %, a proizvodnost rada 13,64 kg/h.
Abstract (english)
Capital intensive production of tomato means that the manufacturers need to be aware of all possible expenses and risks that may occur. The research on tomato production has been carried out in 2022 for the year 2021 on family farm Dario Drenić from Tenja. There has been share of 3820 kilos of crop. Overall costs of production were 16253,04 HRK. From total figure of 16.253,04 HRK, 600 HRK was spent on seeds, 1.439,80 HRK on mineral fertilizers and products for plant protection, and 45.64 HRK was spent on fuel for the machines . The total value of production was 26.700,00 HRK and after meeting all the costs, there was a profit of 10.446,96 HRK. Based on cost-effectiveness of 1,64, it may come to a conclusion that tomato production is very economical. Profitability of production was 39,12 % and labour productivity 13,64 kilograms per hour.
