Abstract
Na OPG-u Marijana Majsinger, Đeletovci, Vukovarsko-srijemska županija uzgajan je pivarski ječam, sorta Laureate iz tvrtke Axereal, na površini od 8 ha. Praćeni su svi agrotehnički zahvati u uzgoju ove kulture te uspoređeni s preporukama struke. Predsjetvena priprema tla izvršena je u jesen, ali sjetva je odgođena do sredine veljače zbog izuzetno velikih količina oborina. U sjetvi je utrošeno 200 kg/ha sjemena. U gnojidbi je primijenjeno 200 kg/ha NPK 5:18:10, a u prihrani u travnju 150 kg/ha KAN-a. Izvršena je zaštita usjeva od korova, bolesti i štetnika. Žetva je izvršena početkom srpnja 2023. godine. Potencijalni prinos zrna pivarskog ječma iznosi i više od 8/ha. Prosječni prinos ječma na površinama ovog gospodarstva je iznosio 4,7 t/ha, a vlaga zrna 12,5 %, što je znatno manje od potencijalnog i očekivanog prinosa.
Abstract (english)
Malting barley, variety Laureate from Axereal, was grown on an area of 8 ha at family farm „Marijana Majsinger“, Đeletovci, Vukovar-Srijem County. All agrotechnical operations in the cultivation of this crop were monitored and compared with the recommendations of the profession. Pre-sowing soil preparation was carried out in autumn, but sowing was postponed until mid-February due to extremely high amounts of precipitation. Seeds in amount of 200 kg ha-1 were used for sowing. NPK 5:18:10 in amonut of 200 kg ha-1 was applied in fertilization, and 150 kg ha-1 of KAN in April. Crops were protected from weeds, diseases and pests. The harvest was carried out at the beginning of July 2023. The potential grain yield of malting barley amounts to more than 8 ha-1. The average yield of barley on the areas of this farm was 4.7 t ha-1, and grain moisture was 12.5 %, which is significantly less than the potential and expected yield.
