Abstract
U radu je analizirana proizvodnja šećerne repe na obrtu PTUO „Palijan“, a rezultati su zadovoljavajući. Šećerna repa je kapitalno intenzivna ratarska kultura. Unatoč svim problemima, bolestima i šetnicima u proizvodnji, proizvodnja ove kulture je i više nego zadovoljavajuća, odnosno ekonomski opravdana. U analiziranoj proizvodnji šećerne repe u 2020. godini, utvrđeni su najznačajniji tehnološki činitelji proizvodnje, te ukupni prihodi i ukupni troškovi. Ostvaren je pozitivan financijski rezultat odnosno dobit u iznosu od 6.248,18 kn/ha. Proizvodnja šećerne repe je ekonomična što potvrđuje koeficijent ekonomičnosti od 1,32, te naravno i rentabilna uz stupanj rentabilnosti od 32,34 %. Šećerna repa je zahtjevna kultura čiji proces proizvodnje traje u prosjeku oko 9-10 mjeseci, što znači da je obrt kapitala usporen. No ona je ujedno i jedna od isplativijih ratarskih kultura u strukturi proizvodnje. Cilj svakog poduzetnika i gospodarskog subjekta je poslovati uspješno i sigurno. Poslovanje je uspješno ako gospodarski subjekt ostvaruje dobar odnos između uloženog i dobivenog.
Abstract (english)
The paper analysed sugar beet production at PTUO "Palijan", and the results are satisfactory. Sugar beet is a capital-intensive field crop. Despite all the problems, diseases and problems in production, the production of this crop is more than satisfactory, that is, economically justified. In the analysed sugar beet production in 2020, the most significant technological factors of production, as well as total income and total costs, were determined. A positive financial result was achieved, profit in the amount of HRK 6,248.18/ha. Sugar beet production is economical, which is confirmed by the economic coefficient of 1.32, and of course also profitable with a profitability rate of 32.34%. Sugar beet is a demanding crop, the production process of which takes an average of 9-10 months, which means that capital turnover is slowed down. But it is also one of the more profitable field crops in the structure of production. The goal of every entrepreneur and business entity is to operate successfully and safely. Business is successful if the economic entity achieves a good relationship between the investment and the profit.
