Abstract
Ječam spada u grupu kultiviranih vrsta s kratkom vegetacijom, ranim sazrijevanjem, visokim potencijalom uroda zrna te vrlo dobrom prilagodljivošću kod uzgoja u teškim agroklimatskim uvjetima i različitim. Ječam (Hordeum vulgare L.) je četvrta najvažnija žitarica u svijetu iza pšenice, riže i kukuruza. Obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo „Nikola Kostić“ osnovano je 16.04.2015. godine. Obiteljsko gospodarstvo se bavi ratarskom i stočarskom proizvodnjom. Sjetva ječma i cjelokupna agrotehnika, odnosno tehnologija proizvodnje obavljeni su prema pravilima struke, odnosno uz punu agrotehniku i agrotehničke mjere. Za ovogodišnji prinos ječma možemo reći da je podbacio, uz mnogo šturih zrna i lošeg hektolitra, te s duplo manjim prinosom od normalnih godina. Prinos ječma na OPG -u kretao se oko 4, 8 t/ha sa prosječnom hektolitarskom masom od 60, 3 kg, prosječan protein iznosio je 9, 8 %, te vlagom zrna od 10,7 – 11,2 %.
Abstract (english)
Barley belongs to the group of cultivated species with short growing season, early ripening, high grain yield potential and very good adaptability when growing in difficult and different agroclimatic conditions. Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) is the fourth most important grain in the world after wheat, rice and corn. The family farm "Nikola Kostić" was founded on April 16, 2015. years. The family farm deals with agricultural and livestock production. The sowing of barley and the entire agrotechnics, i.e. production technology, were carried out according to the rules of the profession, i.e. with full agrotechnics and agrotechnical measures. For this year's barley yield, we can say that it failed, with many stunted grains and a bad hectoliter, and with twice the yield of normal years. The yield of barley at OPG was around 4.8 t/ha with an average hectoliter weight of 60.3 kg, average protein was 9.8%, and grain moisture of 10.7-11.2%.
