Abstract
U ovom radu osim agrotehnike tijekom proizvodnje pivarskog ječma na OPG-u Dragan Sabljak, analizirani su i vremenski uvjeti tijekom cijele vegetacije. Agrotehničke mjere koje su provedene, preporuke su struke i svog vlastitog dugogodišnjeg iskustva u ratarskoj proizvodnji. Unatoč svih mjera koje su proizvedene na vrijeme, prinos je nešto niži od cilja. Može se zaključiti da je proizvodnja ječma obavljena sa maksimalnom pažnjom i brigom, iako na kraju zaključujemo da se protiv vremenskih uvjeta teško boriti. Iako nismo ispunili ciljana očekivanja, prinos bi trebao biti i zadovoljavajući uzmemo li u obzir da je u zapadnijim dijelovima Hrvatske prinos od 6,5t/ha prosječan u godini sa idealnim uvjetima. Osim prinosa od 6,5 tona, ostali parametri su bili zadovoljavajući, hektolitarska masa je iznosila 62 kg, protein 10,1 %, a masa tisuću zrna je iznosila 47 g.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, in addition to agricultural techniques during the production of malting barley at family farm Dragan Sabljak, weather conditions during the entire growing season were also analyzed. The agrotechnical measures that were implemented are the recommendations of the profession and my own long-term experience in agricultural production. Despite all the measures that were produced on time, the yield is somewhat lower than the target. It can be concluded that the production of barley was done with maximum attention and care, although in the end we conclude that it is difficult to fight against weather conditions. Although we did not meet the target expectations, the yield should be satisfactory if we take into account that in the western parts of Croatia, the yield of 6.5 t/ha is average in a year with ideal conditions. Apart from the yield of 6.5 tons, the other parameters were satisfactory, the weight per hectoliter was 62 kg, protein 10.1 %, and the weight of one thousand grains was 47 g.
