Abstract
Cilj istraživanja ovog završnog rada je bio utvrditi utjecaj izolata T. atroviride (Tav1) na supresiju pojave fuzarijske paleži klijanaca pšenice nakon umjetne infekcije s F. graminearum (Fg1). Pokus je postavljen u 4 tretmana: dezinficirana zrna pšenice posijana u sterilni pijesak (kontrola), zrna pšenice inokulirana s Tav1 posijana u sterilni pijesak, dezinficirana zrna pšenice posijana u pijesak kontaminiran s Fg1 te zrna pšenice inokulirana s Tav1 posijana u pijesak kontaminiran s Fg1.... More Nakon klijanja izvršena su mjerenja mase (u svježem i suhom stanju) i dužine klijanaca pšenice. Izolat Tav1 nije pokazao statistički značajna poboljšanja na klijancima pšenice. Pretpostavka je da je izolat koji je korišten za suzbijanje F. graminearum manje efikasan u odnosu na druge izolate T. atroviride. Daljnja istraživanja su neophodna kako bi se identificirali najefikasniji izolati, optimizirali uvjeti primjene i identificirale situacije u kojima biološka kontrola može pružiti najbolje rezultate. Abstract (english)
The aim of this final study was to determine the influence of T. atroviride isolate (Tav1) on the suppression of the occurrence of fusarium arson of wheat seedlings after artificial infection with F. graminearum (Fg1). The experiment was set in 4 treatments: disinfected wheat grains sown in sterile sand (control), wheat grains inoculated with Tav1 sown in sterile sand, disinfected wheat grains sown in sand contaminated with Fg1 and wheat grains injected with Tav1 sown in sand contaminated... More with Fg1. Germination measurements were mass (in fresh and dry state) and length of wheat seedlings. Tav1 isolate showed no statistically significant improvements in wheat seedlings. The assumption is that the isolate used to combat F. graminearum is less effective than other T. atroviride isolates. Further research is necessary to identify the most effective isolates, optimize application conditions and identify situations in which biological control can provide the best results. Less
