Abstract
Cilj završnog rada bio je ispitati utjecaj kemijske zaštite i primjene biostimulatora na 16 svojstava kod šest sorata ozime pšenice iz Poljske i Hrvatske. Pokus je postavljen tijekom vegetacije 2022./2023. na površinama Poljoprivrednog instituta Osijek. Ukupno je sijano 6 sorti ozime pšenice kreiranih na Poljoprivrednom institutu Osijek (Žitarka, Golubica i Felix) te tri kreirane u tvrtki za sjemenarstvo Hodowla Roslin Strzelce (Venecja, Plejada i Opoka). Osim navedenih sorti, pokus se sastojao od tri tremana primjenjenih tijekom vegetacije, a uključivali su kemijsku zaštitu i primjenu biostimulatora. U pogledu provedenih tretmana analizom varijance je utvrđen statistički značaj za prinos, hektolitarsku masu, broj zrna po klasu i masu klasa te broj padanja po Hagbergu i omjer vlažnog ljepka i proteina dok su sorte bila značajne za čak 14 svojstava. Općenito, sorte iz Poljske su pokazale nešto bolje rezultate u pogledu prinosa i nekih morfoloških svojstava dok su hrvatske sorte pokazale nešto bolju kvalitetu zrna.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the thesis was to examine the influence of chemical protection and the application of biostimulators on the 16 properties of six varieties of common wheat from Poland and Croatia. The experiment was set up during the 2022–2023 growing season on the grounds of the Agricultural Institute in Osijek.A total of six varieties of common wheat were sown. Three were created at the Osijek Agricultural Institute (Zitarka, Golubica, and Felix), and three were created at the seed company Hodowla Roslin Strzelce (Venecja, Plejada, and Opoka).In addition to the listed varieties, the experiment consisted of three treatments applied during the growing season, which included chemical protection and the application of biostimulators. With respect to the treatments carried out, the analysis of variance determined statistical significance for yield, hectoliter weight, number of grains per spike, and weight of spikes, as well as the number of drops according to Hagberg and the ratio of moist gluten and protein, while the varieties were significant for as many as 14 properties.In general, varieties from Poland showed slightly better results in terms of yield and some morphological properties, while Croatian varieties showed slightly better grain quality.
