Abstract
Ovaj završni rad prikazuje društveni položaj ruralnih žena i mogućnosti njegova unapređenja. Raspravlja o položaju žena u ruralnim prostorima. Zašto nakon cjeloživotnog rada na poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima one i dalje nemaju dovoljno godina radnog staža, zašto pristaju na lošije uvjete rada i manje plaće nego žena koja živi u urbanim područjima, kao i kako je patrijarhalno društvo utjecalo na društveni, gospodarski i socioekonomski položaj žena u ruralnim naseljima.
Abstract (english)
This final paper shows the social position of rural women and the possibilities of its improvement. Discusses the position of women in rural areas. Why after a lifetime of working on agricultural farms do they still not have enough years of service, why do they agree to worse working conditions and lower wages than women living in urban areas, as well as how patriarchal society has affected the social, economic and socioeconomic position of women in rural areas settlements.
