Abstract
Analizom tržišta i anketiranjem mladih potrošača utvrđeno je da postoji značajna sklonost prema proizvodima s nižim sadržajem šećera zbog sve većeg interesa za zdravlje. Istraživanje pokazuje da mladi ljudi traže proizvode koji nude istovremeno kvalitetu i niži sadržaj šećera, te su spremni prihvatiti alternative poput prirodnih zaslađivača. Promjene u prehrambenim navikama potaknute su rastućom sviješću o negativnim učincima šećera na zdravlje. Marketinške strategije trebaju se fokusirati na educiranje potrošača o zdravijim opcijama i pružanje proizvoda koji ispunjavaju ove zahtjeve. Rezultati sugeriraju da će budući razvoj proizvoda i marketinške strategije biti ključni za zadovoljavanje potreba mladih potrošača i prilagodbu prehrambenih navika. Ovaj rad pruža smjernice za industriju kako bi se bolje uskladila s promjenjivim preferencijama mladih potrošača.
Abstract (english)
Market analysis and surveys of young consumers have established that there is a significant preference for products with a lower sugar content due to the growing interest in health. Research shows that young people are looking for products that offer both quality and lower sugar content, and are ready to accept alternatives such as natural sweeteners. Changes in eating habits are driven by growing awareness of the negative effects of sugar on health. Marketing strategies should focus on educating consumers about healthier options and providing products that meet these demands. The results suggest that future product development and marketing strategies will be key to meeting the needs of young consumers and adapting dietary habits. This paper provides guidance for the industry to better align with the changing preferences of young consumers.
