Abstract
U suvremenom stočarstvu vrlo je važno obratiti pozornost na ishranu životinja. Krmne smjese su različiti proizvodi biljnog, životinjskog i mineralnog podrijetla dobiveni prirodnim ili industrijskim putem. U hranidbi domaćih životinja koristi se preko 1800 različitih komponenti krmiva. Krmne smjese dijele se na potpune krmne smjese, dopunske krmne smjese ili superkoncentrate i premikse. Proizvodnja krmnih smjesa u industrijskim pogonima mora ispunjavati zahtjeve navedene u pripremi smjesa. Prilikom proizvodnje predsmjese sirovine se prvo usitnjavaju, a usitnjavanje se može vršiti na više načina. Usitnjene komponente predsmjese zatim se važu prema navedenoj recepturi i šalju na miješanje. Premiksi se ručno važu. Nakon miješanja pakiraju se u vreće i skladište u za to predviđenim prostorima. Potpune krmne smjese proizvode se tako da se sirovine prvo primaju, a zatim usitnjavaju. Vaganje se vrši na automatskoj vagi. Izvagani sastojci smjese se miješaju, peletiraju i na kraju pakiraju u vreće i skladište u za to predviđenim skladišnim prostorima. Ovim postupkom dobivaju se smjese namijenjene određenim kategorijama i vrstama životinja.
Abstract (english)
In modern animal husbandry, it is very important to pay attention to animal nutrition. Fodder mixtures are various products of plant, animal and mineral origin obtained naturally or industrially. Over 1,800 different feed components are used in the feeding of domestic animals. Fodder mixtures are divided into complete fodder mixtures, supplementary fodder mixtures or superconcentrates and premixes. The production of fodder mixtures in industrial plants must meet the requirements specified in the preparation of mixtures. During the production of the premix, the raw materials are first shredded, and the shredding can be done in several ways. The chopped components of the premix are then weighed according to the specified recipe and sent for mixing. Premixes are manually weighed. After mixing, they are packed in bags and stored in the designated areas. Complete fodder mixtures are produced by first receiving the raw materials and then grinding them. Weighing is done on an automatic scale. The weighed ingredients of the mixture are mixed, pelletized and finally packed in bags and stored in the designated storage areas. This procedure produces mixtures intended for specific categories and types of animals.
