Abstract
U radu je ispitivan utjecaj načina mužnje na zdravstveno stanje vimena tj. pojavu mastitisa. Istraživanje je provedeno na temelju podataka prikupljenih tijekom jedne kalendarske godine sa tri farme u Slavoniji. Svaka od njih koristi drugi sustav za mužnju: rotolaktor, usporedno izmuzište i robot. Udio krava s mastitisom kod usporednog izmuzišta je 3% u odnosu na srednji broj krava na farmi i 3,7% u odnosu na srednji broj muznih krava. Kod mužnje rotolaktorom, udio krava s mastitisom u odnosu na srednji broj krava na farmi je 0,9%, a u odnosu na muzne krave 1%. Kod mužnje robotom, udio krava s mastitisom je 3,6% u odnosu na srednji broj muznih krava. Osim načina mužnje postoji još niz drugih faktora koji mogu utjecati na pojavu mastitisa kod krava. Prema tome, iako su rezultati provedenog istraživanja relevantni, potrebno ih je promatrati i iz drugog aspeka, a posebno uzimajući u obzir kako su uvjeti na sve tri farme drugačiji polazeći od hranidbe i načina držanja, postupaka upravljanja farmama te kvalitete životinja.
Abstract (english)
This study examines the influence of milking on the udder health, to be exact mastitis. The study was based on data collected during one calendar year from three farms in Slavonija. Each of them uses a different milking system: rotolactor, parallel parlor and a robot. The percentage of cows with mastitis in parallel parlor is 3% compared to the average number of cows on farms and 3.7% compared to the average number of dairy cows. When milking rotolactor, percentage of cows with mastitis compared to the average number of cows on farms was 0.9%, and in relation to dairy cows 1%. With the robot, the percentage of cows with mastitis was 3.6% compared to the average number of dairy cows. Besides the different ways of milking there are many other factors that can affect the occurrence of mastitis in cows. Thus, although the results of the study are relevant, they should be viewed from the other aspects, especially taking into account that the conditions on all three farms, feeding, rearing and farm management are different.
