Abstract
U ovom radu je obrađena definicija zadrugarstva, kako su se zadružna načela mijenjala tokom godina, kakav ekonomski utjecaj ima zadruga i što je potrebno da bi se uspješno organizirala. Nadalje, analizirana je Poljoprivredna zadruga Ćelije, iz čijih se podataka može iščitati da ima veliki prostor za napredak, ali da bi do toga došlo, trebala bi više prisvojiti zadružna načela: dragovoljno i otvoreno članstvo, nadzor poslovanja od strane članova, gospodarsko sudjelovanje članova zadruge i raspodjela, samostalnost i neovisnost, obrazovanje, stručno usavršavanje i informiranje članova zadruge, suradnja među zadrugama i briga za zajednicu
Abstract (english)
In this work are processed definition of cooperatives, how are the cooperative principles changed over the years, how has the economic impact of cooperatives and what it takes to successfully organized. Furthermore, by analyzing the data of Agricultural Cooperative Ćelije can be inferred that there is considerable space for improvement, but for this to happen it would have to more appropriate cooperative principles: voluntary and open membership, supervision of operations by members, economic participation of cooperative members and distribution, autonomy and independence, education, training and information to members of the cooperative, cooperation among cooperatives and concern for community.
