Abstract
Saprofiti su organizmi koji se hrane na mrtvoj organskoj tvari. Osim parazitnih gljiva koje su uzročnici biljnih bolesti, na biljkama se redovito javljaju i saprofitne gljive. Najčešće su gljive iz rodova Alternaria, Cladosporium i Penicillium. Na njihov razvoj značajno utječu temperatura okoline i hranjivi supstrat. Najbrži razvoj istraživanih gljiva utvrđen je na 22°C i na hranjivim supstratima PDA i podlozi od rajčice.
Abstract (english)
Saprophytes are living organisms that feed on dead organic matter. Apart from parasitic fungi which cause plant diseases, on plants occur regularly saprophytic fungi. The most common saprophytic fungi belong to genera Alternaria, Cladosporium and Penicillium. Temperature and nutrition media significantly affect their development. The fastest growth of researched fungi was found on 22°C and on PDA and tomato agar.
