Abstract
Cilj istraživanja stanja u „Unikom d.o.o.“ je bio utvrditi ispravnost servisno – preventivnog održavanja traktora. Istraživanje je izvršeno provedbom izravnog upitnika s odgovarajućim radnim kadrom ,bilježenjem zapažanja te snimanjem stvarnog stanja. Prikupljeni podaci o provođenju mjera održavanja u „Unikom d.o.o.“ uspoređeni su sa različitim literaturnim izvorima kako bi dobili zaključak o pravilnosti održavnja traktora. „Unikom d.o.o.“ trebao bi obratiti veću pozornost na servinso – preventivno održavanje traktora. Odgovarajućom edukacijom rukovatelja (zaposlenika) strojeva servisno – preventivno održavanje u „Unikom d.o.o.“ bi se moglo dignuti na višu razinu.
Abstract (english)
The research goal of the situation in „Unikom d.o.o.“ was to determine the validity of service-preventive maintance of tractors. The study was conducted on-site implementation questionnaire with the relevant working personnel, recording observations and real situation. Collected data on the implementation of maintance measures in „Unikom d.o.o.“ were compared with various literature sources in order to obtain conclusions about the corrections of tractors maintance.“Unikom d.o.o.“ should pay greater attention to servicepreventive maintance of tractors.With appropriate training of the machine operator servicepreventive maintance in „Unikom d.o.o.“ could raise to a higher level.
