Abstract
Sažetak: Ekološka proizvodnja bobičastog voća se služi različitim organskim materijalima kako bi poboljšali uvjete uzgoja i kako bi imali kvalitetno uzgojeno voće s kojim će ostvariti što veći profit. Bobičasto voće je jedan od neprocjenjivih darova prirode jel obiluje vrlo važnim nutrijentima neophodnim za zdravlje čovjeka. Svim ovim kulturama su zajednička antikancerogena i razna druga ljekovita svojstva, no potrošnja i konzumacija su kod nas i dalje male, ponajviše zbog slabo organiziranog otkupa, nedostatka prehrambenih navika konzumiranja ovog korisnog voća, kao i nedostatak edukacije i nedovoljnog marketinga. Kako bi zaštitili bobičavo voće od bolesti u ekološkoj proizvodnji koristimo bipreparate. Prednost ovih sredstava je u tome da se ne smanjuje njihovo djelovanje ni kod dugotrajnih primjena. Razlog se nalazi u tome što se ona ne bore samo protiv bolesti i štetnika, nego mobiliziraju ljekovite snage iz same biljke. Sigurno je da ovdje nije u pitanju djelovanje samo jedne tvari, već kombinacija više spojeva koji zajednički djeluju na poticanje mehanizma unutar biljke kojima se ona sama brani ili svojim djelovanjem otežavaju prodiranje patogena u tkivo. Također i mikorize pospješuju prinos i kvalitetu ploda. Biljke i gljive imaju obostranu korist od mikorize i to tako da gljiva kolonizira korijen biljke i opskrbljuje ga vodom i mineralima dok bijka izlučuje eksudate na korijenu koji koriste gljivicama.
Abstract (english)
Organic production of berries to serve a variety of organic materials to improve growing conditions and in order to have well grown fruit with which to make a bigger profit. Berries is one of the priceless gifts of nature right abounds very important nutrients necessary for human health. All these cultures are common anti-cancer and various other medicinal properties, but consumption and consumption are with us still small, mainly due to poor organized purchase, lack of food consumption habits of this useful fruit, as well as lack of education and lack of marketing. To protect the berries from the disease in organic production use bipreparate. The advantage of these funds is that it does not reduce their activity is not the long-term application. The reason is in the fact that it not only fight against diseases and pests, rather than mobilize the healing power of the plant itself. There is certainly not a question of action of a single substance, but a combination of several compounds that work together to stimulate the mechanism inside the plant which it defends itself or its actions hinder the penetration of pathogens in tissue. You and mycorrhiza enhance yield and quality of fruit. Plants and fungi have the mutual benefit of mycorrhiza and so that the fungus colonizes plant roots and supplying it with water and minerals while plants excreted root exudates using fungi.
