Abstract
U ovom radu smo istražili općenito stanje ekološke poljoprivrede u Hrvatskoj i svijetu, iz čega se vidi da još uvijek zaostajemo za ostalim razvijenim zemljama. Međutim, sve je veći interes u ekološkoj proizvodnji, posebice pilećeg mesa zbog bržeg obrtaja kapitala u odnosu na ostale stočarske grane proizvodnje, te možemo očekivati ekspanziju uzgoja peradi na ekološki prihvatljiv način.
Abstract (english)
In this paper we investigate the general situation of organic farming in Croatia and the world, from which we can see that we still lag behind other developed countries. However, there i san increasing interest in organic production, especially chicken meat due to faster turnover of capital in relation to other branches of livestock production, and we can expect expansion of poultry farming in an environmentally friendly way.
