Abstract
Prilikom pisanja teme završnog rada ''Uzgoj, lovne karakteristike i obuka zlatnog retrivera'' pobliže sam proučila pojam kinologije te njezinu važnost u daljnjoj reprodukciji pasa, kako lovaca i pomagača tako i njihovoj psihološkoj važnosti za ljude. Kroz prošlost i samo pripitomljavanje pasa, do današnjeg FCI standarda i svih kinoloških propisa, istražila sam sve vrste retrivera, te se zadržala na proučavanju standarda pasmine zlatnih retrivera. Pobliže je opisana njihova građa tijela te podložnosti bolestima, kojih je nažalost sve više zbog uzgajivača koji ne toleriraju njihove genetske predispozicije. Velika važnost zlatnih retrivera jest u njihovim lovnim karakteristikama, koje su im genetski predodređene te se kroz obuku uspješno usavršavaju. Posljednji dio rada govori o obuci lovačkih pasa, pravilima te ispitima kojima se utvrđuje sposobnost psa za određeni zadatak za koji je obučavan i namijenjen
Abstract (english)
In writing my thesis on " Breeding, hunting caracteristic and trening golden retriever", I have studied the concept of cinology more closely and furthermore its importance in dog reproduction, both hunters and helpers, and their psychological importance to humans. Through past and dog domestication, up to today's FCI standards and all cynological regulations, I investigated all types of retrievers and kept on studying golden retriever breed standards. Their body composition and the susceptibility to illness are described more closely, which is unfortunately more and more due to breeders who do not tolerate their genetic predisposition. The great importance of golden retrievers is in their hunting characteristics, which are genetically predestined and are successfully perfected through training. The last part of the thesis deals with the training of hunting dogs, rules and tests to determine the dog's ability for a specific task for which he is trained and intended
