Abstract
U radu je procjenjen alelopatski utjecaj dvogodišnje pupoljke (Oenothera biennis L.) na klijavost sjemena i rast klijanaca salate. Vodeni ekstrakti od suhe biljne mase stabljike i lista u koncentraciji od 5% istraženi su u laboratorijskim uvjetima u Petrijevim zdjelicama. Vodeni ekstrakt lista značajno je smanjio klijavost sjemena salate za 9,2%, dok ekstrakt stabljike nije imao utjecaja. Smanjenje duljine korijena zablježeno je u oba tretmana i iznosilo za više od 60%, dok ekstrakti nisu imali značajan utjecaj na duljinu izdanka klijanaca. Inhibitorni utjecaj zabilježen je i na svježu masu klijanaca, posebice s ekstraktom lista. U prosjeku su ekstrakti imali manji utjecaj na klijavost u odnosu na razvoj klijanaca. Također, ekstrakti lista pokazali su veći inhibitorni utjecaj.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the study was to evaluate the allelopathic influence of common evening-primrose (Oenothera biennis L.) on seed germination and seedlings growth of lettuce. Water extracts of dry stem and leaf plant biomass at a concentration of 5% were investigated in laboratory conditions in Petri dishes. The leaf water extract significantly reduced the germination of lettuce seeds by 9.2%, while the stem extract had no effect. Reduction in root length was recorded in both treatments by more than 60%, while the extracts did not have a significant effect on the shoot length. The inhibitory effect was also recorded on the fresh seedling weight, especially with the leaf extract. On average, the extracts had a smaller influence on germination compared to the development of the seedlings. Also, leaf extracts showed a greater inhibitory effect.
