Abstract
Biološki preparati odnosno biofungicidi sve više predstavljaju bitan način zaštite usjeva od fitopatogena, stoga je i cilj ovoga istraživanja bio je utvrditi njihovu djelotvornost. Rezultati provedenog in vitro istraživanja utvrdila su značajnu redukciju stope micelijskog rasta Fusarium graminearum od 77% djelovanjem Lactobacillus casei dok je djelovanjem Lactobacillus brevis zabilježena značajna redukcija stope rasta Fusarium verticillioides od 58%. Iz navedenih rezultat možemo zaključiti kako veliku mogućnost daljnjeg razvoja na ovom području korištenjem djelotvornih izolata mliječno kiselih bakterija pri suzbijanju rasta fitopatogenih gljiva.
Abstract (english)
Biological preparations or biofungicides became increasingly important way in protecting crops against phytopathogens, so the aims of this research was to determine their efficacy. The results of in vitro study revealed significant reduction of mycelial growth rate Fusarium graminearum of 77% by Lactobacillus casei, while Lactobacillus brevis recorded a significant reduction of Fusarium verticillioides growth rate of 58%. From the above results we can conclude that there is a great potential for further development in this field by using effective isolates of lactic acid bacteria when suppresing growth of phytopathogenic fungi
