Abstract
U ovome radu istaknuti će se bitne činjenice kako dolazi do sve većeg porasta ekološke svijesti građana što automatski dovodi do rasta potražnje za ekološkim proizvodima. Posebno je takav trend zabilježen u ostalim državama Europske unije, dok Republika Hrvatska unatoč prirodnim resursima taj potencijal nije još uvijek iskoristila jer je eko proizvodnja u Hrvatskoj još uvijek u razvoju. Biti će prikazani podatci o zastupljenosti ekološke proizvodnje u Europi i svijetu, te gdje se nalazi Hrvatska u odnosu na konkurenciju, te će se nastojati istaknuti koje su prednosti same ekološke proizvodnje, a koji su njezini nedostaci. Kako bi ekološki proizvod bio konkurentan i prepoznatljiv mora proći kroz faze rasta, od same marketinške strategije, kvalitete, te do pažljivo osmišljenog brendiranja što je perspektiva uspjeha ekološke proizvodnje. To se može napraviti uz korištenje potpora koje su u ekološkoj proizvodnji vrlo visoke. Treba imati na umu da veliki potencijal leži u domaćim autohtonim proizvodima koji su već prepoznati na stranim tržištima, te na tom principu treba razvijati daljnju ekološku proizvodnju.
Abstract (english)
In these research it will be featured important facts how many people are concern for the health and they want to conzume organically produced food. This trend is particularly growing in the European union, while Republic of Croatia despite of rich natural resources and predispositions that has all conditions for organic farming, eco-products market is still needs to be developed. In this research it will be shown many cuorities about organic farming in Europe and world, and position of Croatia in that association, pointed advantages and disanvantages which are bind whith organic farming. Organic product, to be competitive and recognizable must go through many stages of growth from the establishment of quality criteria and selection of marketing strategies to carefully thought out and executed branding which is the key and main reason to sucess. That can be done with the financial supports which are quite high. It shout keep it in mind that we have big potential in our domestics products which are already recognized on foreign market, so we should organic production concentrate on that.
