Abstract
Cilj rada bio je utvrditi alelopatski utjecaj biljne vrste obični lanilist (Linaria vulagaris Mill.) na klijavost i početni rast salate. Utjecaj vodenih ekstrakata od suhe biljne mase stabljike i lista lanilista u koncentraciji od 5% istražen je u laboratorijskom pokusu u Petrijevim zdjelicama. Vodeni ekstrakti nisu pokazali značajan utjecaj na klijavost sjemena salate niti na duljinu izdanka klijanaca. Duljina korijena klijanaca smanjena je za oko 50% u oba tretmana. Slično, negativni alelopatski utjecaj zabilježen je i na svježu masu klijanaca salate. Biljni dijelovi nisu se razlikovali u svom alelopatskom potencijalu i pokazali su podjednak učinak na ispitivane parametre
Abstract (english)
The aim of the study was to determine the allelopathic effect of plant species common toadflax (Linaria vulagaris Mill.) on germination and initial growth of lettuce. The influence of water extracts from dry stem and leaf biomass in concentration of 5% was investigated in a laboratory experiment in Petri dishes. Water extracts showed no significant effect on the germination of lettuce seeds or the shoot length of lettuce seedlings. The root length of seedlings was decreased by about 50% in both treatments. Similarly, the negative allelopathic effect was also recorded on the fresh weight of seedlings. Plant parts did not differ in their allelopathic potential and showed the same effect on the examined parameters.
