Abstract
Catharanthus roseus je biljka iz porodice Apocynaceace, trajnica, podrijetlom sa Madagaskara, suptropskih i tropskih područja. Poznata je i po nazivu Madagaskarska zimzelen. U području nižih temperatura, uzgaja se kao jednogodišnja biljka, osjetljiva na visoku vlagu. Vrlo dobro podnosi visoke temperature i sušu. Ljekovitih je svojstava pa se uzgaja i kao ljekovita biljka za proizvodnju alkaloida koji se koriste u proizvodnji ljekova protiv raznih bolest, a najznačjniji su u borbi protiv više vrsta karcinoma.
Abstract (english)
Catharanthus roseus is a plant from the Apocynaceace family, perennial, native from Madagaskar subtropical and tropical regions. It is also known as Magadascar periwinncl. In the lower temperature range, it is grown as a one-year-old plant, sensitive to high humidity. It is very well tolerated by high temperatures and drought. It has medicinal properties and is also grown as a medicinal plant for the production of alkaloids used in the production of antibacterial herbs, and are most important in combating multiple types of cancer.
