Abstract
U ovome radu obradili smo uzgoj zobi s naglaskom na uzgoj zobi u Republici Hrvatskoj od 2010. do 2015. godine. Zob je jednogodišnja kultura koja spada u prave žitarice sa plodom koji nazivamo zrno. Bogata je masnim kiselinama, vitaminima i mineralima, prirodni antioksidans i ne sadrži gluten. Koristi se u ishrani ljudi i stoke. Razvija jako dubok korijen koji ima sposobnost crpiti vodu i hranjive tvari iz dubljih slojeva tla. Ne može se uzgajati na tlima koja su pjeskovita jer za svoj uzgoj... More zahtijeva veće koliĉine vode. U periodu od 2010. do 2015.godine, na podruĉju Osijeka, možemo vidjeti da je najlošija 2010. godina kada je pala i najveća koliĉina oborina i to ĉak 1 038,2 mm te smo imali i relativno visoke temperature što omogućuje brţi i veći razvoj bolesti i štetnika.2012. godine imali smo pravilan raspored oborina, te nešto niže temperature u poĉetku godine, ali opet dovoljno visoke da ne izazovu smrzavanje mladih biljĉica što je u konaĉnici rezultiralo i najvišim prinosom u iznosu od 3,3t/ha. Zob se u Republici Hrvatskoj uzgaja na oko 20 000 do 25 000 ha s prosjeĉnim prinos od 2,5 – 3t/ha. Less
Abstract (english)
In this paper we have covered topics about growing oats with an emphasis on growing oats in the Republic of Croatia from year 2010. till 2015. Oat is a one year old culture that belongs to the real wheat which we call grain. It is rich in fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, natural antioxidant and doesn`t contain gluten. It is used in human and cattle nutrition. It develops a very deep root that has the ability to draw water and nutrients from deeper layers of soil. Oat can`t be grown on... More soils that are sandy because it requires larger amounts of water . In period from 2010. till 2015 at Osijek we can see that the worst year was 2010. which had the highest precipitation amounted to 1 038.2 mm and we also had relatively high temperatures which allowed faster pest development. In year 2012. we had a proper precipitation schedule and a slightly lower temperature at the beginning of the year but still high enough not to cause the freezing of young plants, which ultimately resulted in the highest yield of 3.3 t / ha. The oats in the Republic of Croatia is grown to about 20,000 to 25,000 ha with an average yield of 2,5 - 3 t / ha. Less
