Abstract
Ekološka poljoprivreda je poseban oblik poljoprivredne proizvodnje koji uzima u obzir poljoprivredu kao cjelovit sustav u smislu voda-tlo-biljka-životinja i brine se za ravnotežu svih ključnih elemenata. Pod uzgojem sustava krava-tele podrazumijeva se pašni uzgoj goveda na kojem krave na pašnjaku othranjuju tele koje po završetku pašne sezone ostaje na gospodarstvu za rasplod ili tov ili ide na tržište. Sustav krava-tele je idealan način provedbe ekološke poljoprivrede, ukoliko to dopuštaju okolišni uvjeti, što je u primjeru OPG-a Safundžić udaljenost pašnjaka od poljoprivrednih zemljišta koja se tretiraju raznim kemijskim sredstvima i obilje brdsko planinskih pašnjaka. U ovakvom načinu uzgoja se koriste kombinirane i mesne pasmine goveda, od kojih se na OPG-u Safundžić uzgajaju charolais, angus i limousin. Primjer sustava krava-tele je OPG-Safundžić koji se uzgojem junadi bavi od 2007. godine i trenutno raspolaže s 31 kravom i 1 bikom, te sa 70 ha poljoprivrednih površina.
Abstract (english)
Ecologicalagricultureis a form of agriculturalproductionthattakesintoaccountagriculture as a whole system interms of water-soil-plant-animalandtakes care of thebalance of allkeyelements. Cow-veal system involvesthecattlebreeding of cattlewherecowsinthepasturebreedvealwhich, aftertheend of theseason, remains on thefarm for breedingorfatteningorgoes to themarket. Thecow-veal system isan ideal way of implementingecologicalagriculture, providedthatenvironmentalconditionspermit, as itisthecase of OPG Safundžićthe distance of pasturesfromagriculturallandtreatedwithvariouschemicalagentsandtheabundance of mountainouspastures. In thisbreedingmethodcombedandmeatbreeds of cattle are used, of which on the OPG Safundzic are cultivatedcharolais, angusandlimousin. Anexample of cow-veal system is OPG-Safundzic, whichhasbeencultivatedbythecow-veal system since 2007 andcurrentlyhas 31 cowsand 1 bull, and 70 ha of agriculturalland.
