Abstract | Istraživanje je provedeno na 50 svinja crne slavonske pasmine (CS). Cilj ovog istraživanja je utvrditi i analizirati genetsku varijabilnost iz 50 uzoraka crne slavonske pasmine svinja na temelju molekularno- genetskih analiza. Prema ISAG-FAO preporuci za genescan analizu korišten je set sljedećih mikrosatelitnih lokusa: S0026, S0155, S0005, Sw2410, Sw830, S0355, Sw24, Sw632, Swr1941, Sw9366, S0218, S0228, Sw240, Sw2406, Sw122, Sw857, 0097, Sw72, S0226, Sw911, S0002, Sw1067 i S0101. Prosječan broj alela za 23 analizirana mikrosatelitska markera unutar populacije crne slavonske svinje iznosio je 7,826. Vrijednost očekivane heterozigotnosti za analizirane mikrosatelitske markere iznosila je 0,685, dok je prosječna vrijednost uočene heterozigotnosti bila 0,625. Srednja PIC vrijednost iznosila je 0,647 što označava visoko informativne markere. Srednja vrijednost koeficijenta inbridinga iznosila je 0,098. Iz rezultata STRUCTURE analize jasno je uočljivo postojanje pretpostavljena tri genetska klastera. Dobiveni rezultati su u skladu s postavljenom hipotezom da unutar populacije crne slavonske svinje postoji određeni stupanj inbridinga i heterozigotnost lokusa. |
Abstract (english) | The study was conducted on 50 pigs of the Black Slavonian breed (CS). The aim of this study was to determine and analyze genetic variability from 50 samples of Black Slavonian breeds of pigs based on molecular genetic analysis.According to the ISAG-FAO recommendation for genescan analysis, a set of following microsatellite loops was used: S0026, S0155, S0005, Sw2410, Sw830, S0355, Sw24, Sw632, Swr1941, Sw9366, S0218, S0228, Sw240, Sw2406, Sw122, Sw857, , S0226, Sw911, S0002, Sw1067 and S0101. The average number of alleles for 23 analyzed microsatellite markers within the Black Slavonian pig population was 7.826. The value of the expected heterozygosity for the analyzed microsatellite markers was 0.685, while the average heterozygosity was 0.625. The average PIC value was 0.647, which indicates highly informative markers. The mean value of the inbriding coefficient was 0.098. The results of the STRUCTURE analysis clearly show the existence of three genetic clusters. The obtained results are in line with the hypothesis that within the populations of black Slavonian pigs there is a certain degree of inbriding and heterozygous locus. |
