Abstract
Jabuka je voćna vrsta koja se po proizvodnim površinama nalazi u samom svjetskom vrhu i predstavlja temelj voćarske proizvodnje te služi kao osnova za određivanje isplativosti uzgoja drugih voćnih vrsta. Cilj svake intenzivne proizvodnje je dobivanje kvalitetnog ploda, stoga je vrlo bitno da se pri uzgoju ispravno koriste svi agrotehnički i pomotehnički zahvati. Jedan od najvažnijih pomotehničkih zahvata je rezidba, koja može biti zimska i ljetna. Rezidbom se kod mladih voćaka oblikuje uzgojni oblik, kod voćaka u rodnosti održava povoljna ravnoteža između vegetativnog rasta i rodnosti, a kod starih voćaka pomlađuju već iscrpljeni biljni dijelovi. Rezidba se može obavljati ručno, voćarskim škarama, ili strojno, uz pomoć samohodnih platformi sa pneumatskim škarama. Strojna rezidba ima mnoge prednosti u odnosu na ručnu, i trebala bi biti sastavni dio suvremene voćarske proizvodnje. Strojnom rezidbom se učinak povećava za 40-50 %, a pri maksimalnom iskorištenju platforme tijekom cijele godine, početno ulaganje se isplati nakon 2-3 godine.
Abstract (english)
Apple is a fruit species by production areas located in the world's top and represents the fundation of fruit production, and serves as the basis for determining profitability of growing other fruit species. The goal of each intensive production is getting quality fruit, so it's very important that the cultivation properly utilize all agro-tehnical procedures. One of the most important procedure is pruning, which can be done in winter and summer. With pruning young fruit trees getting growth form, trees in the cropping maintains good balance between vegetative growth and yield, and fruit trees in old age rejuvenated already exhausted plant parts. Pruning can be performed manually, with the fruit scissors, or with special machine with pneumatic scissors. Mechanical pruning has many advantages over the manual, and should be an integral part of every modern fruit production. In Croatia it's very rarely used and relatively unknown, although it's present in world for the last 50 years. Machining pruning effect is increased by 40-50 %, and at maximum utilization of machine, the initial investment is worth it after 2-3 years.
