Abstract
Činjenica je da skladišni štetnici svake godine uništavaju mnoge proizvode te na taj način uzrokuju velike gubitke proizvođačima. U kontroli skladišnih štetnika, najčešće se koriste fumiganti, ali zbog njihovog utjecaja na okoliš te na čovjeka općenito, potaknuti smo istražiti i potražiti solucije u prirodi. Upravo smo to prikazali ovim diplomskim radom. Ovim radom istraživali smo utjecaj benifitne bakterije Bacillus thuringiensis te gljive Beauveria bassiana na skladišne štetnike iz reda Coleoptera ( kornjaša ) u laboratorijskim uvjetima. Kukci koje smo koristili su kestenjasti brašnar Tribolium castaneum, rižin žižak Sitophilus oryzae te žitni kukuljičar Ryzopertha dominica, uzgojeni u u laboratorijskim uvjetima u laboratoriju za Posliježetvene tehnologije pri Katedri za zaštitu uskladištenih proizvoda i posliježetvenu tehnologiju na Fakultetu agrobiotehničkih znanosti u Osijeku. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su kako je najveći mortalitet ostvaren sinergijom ova dva biopreparata.
Abstract (english)
The fact is that storage pests every year destroy many products and this cause big losses to producers. In control of storage pests, the most usefull are fumigants, but because of enviromental impacts and impact on human's health, we are forced to investigate some natural solutions. That was exactly our research. In this paper, we research the impact of benificial fungi Beauveria bassiana and bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis on storage pests from the order Coleoptera in laboratory conditions. The bugs we used were red flour beetle Tribolium castaneum, rice weevil Sitophilus oryzae and lesser grain borer Rhyzopertha dominica.. Research results showed that the greatest mortality was achieved by synergy of theese two biopreparations.
