Abstract
Tema ovoga završnog rada je Ekonomikom proizvodnje lješnjaka, upoznavanje s osnovnim tehnološkim procesima i ekonomskim rezultatima proizvodnje lješnjaka. U radu su tablično prikazani prinosi lješnjaka u svijetu i u RH, zasađene površine u svijetu i RH te proizvodne količine lješnjaka u svijetu i u RH u razdoblju od 2012. godine do 2017. godine. Također je u tablicama prikazana kalkulacija proizvodnje lješnjaka u kontinentalnim uvjetima te trošak podizanja nasada lješnjaka. Kroz rad su dana i dodatna pojašnjenja vezanih pojmova koji bi mogli doprinijeti boljem razumijevanju iznesenih činjenica i podataka. Dakle, prvi dio završnog rada sastoji se od teorijskog dijela, odnosno tehnološkim procesima proizvodnje lješnjaka, kako bi se razumjela tematika rada, dok je u drugom dijelu rada izneseni ekonomski rezultati proizvodnje.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final work is an Economics of hazel production, as well as introduction to basic technological processes and economic results of hazelnut production. This final paper presents the hazelnut yields worldwide and in the Republic of Croatia, the area harvested in the world and in the Republic of Croatia and the production of hazelnuts in the world and in the Republic of Croatia from 2012. to 2017. The tables also show the calculation of the production of hazelnuts in continental conditions and the cost of raising hazelnut plantations. Through the paper are also given, additional explanations of related terms that could contribute to a better understanding of the facts and data presented. Thus, the first part of the paper consists of theoretical clarification, that is, technological processes of hazelnut production, in order to understand the topic of work, while the second part of the paper presents the economic results of production.
