Abstract
Pšenica je najznačajnija zrnata žitarica za prehranu. U ovom se radu iz pšenice izvadio nezreli embrij, 10-14 dana nakon oprašivanja. Inducirao se na pripremljenom mediju in vitro. Glavni cilj je bio istražiti da li je moguća klijavost i u kojoj količini. Pokazalo se iznimno važnim imati sterilne uvjete rada, pravilnu hranjivu podlogu, te povoljne uvjete svjetlosti i temperature za rast i razvoj kalusa. Svrha pokusa je optimizirati genotip na stresne uvjete abiotičkog i biotičkog podrijetla. Frekvencija indukcija kalusa ispitivanih sorata varirala je od 50% do 83%.
Abstract (english)
Wheat is the most important grain for nutrition. In this work, wheat was removed by an immature embryo, 10-14 days after pollination. Induced on the prepared medium in vitro. The main aim was to investigate wheter and how much germibillity was possible. It has proven to be extremly importat to work in sterile conditions, a proper nutrient base, and optimal light and temperature conditions for the growth and development callus. The main purpose is to optimize the genotype to the stressful conditions of abiotic and biotic conditions. Callus induction frequency among wheat cultivars varied from 50% to 83%.
