Abstract
Cilj istraživanja bio je prikazati ustanovljeni sustav proizvodnje krmiva za potrebe hranidbe goveda na poduzeću Matakovo d.o.o. iz Marijanaca te dati eventualne prijedloge poboljšanja sustava. Istraživanje je pokazalo da poljoprivredno gospodarstvo Matakovo d.o.o. iz Marijanaca proizvodi voluminozna i koncentrirana krmiva i slamu na ukupno 1.226 ha oraničnih površina za 413 muznih krava, 273 junice i 105 teladi. Među kulturama, prema udjelu u površinama, zastupljeni su: kukuruz (silažni, za suho zrno i za vlažno zrno), pšenica (za slamu i prodaju zrna), soja (za zamjenu zrna za sačmu), lucerna (za sjenažu i sijeno), talijanski ljulj (za sjenažu i sijeno) i tritikale (za zrno i slamu). Ostvareni prinosi krmnih kultura bili su relativno visoki u povoljnoj godini i niski u nepovoljnoj godini. Mliječnost muznih krava bila je iznad državnog prosjeka i zadovoljavajuća je te upućuje na kvalitetnu hranidbu, držanje, higijenu, mužnju i dobro zdravlje životinja. S obzirom na ostvarene dobre proizvodne rezultate u uvjetima istraživanog gospodarstva (zemljišni resursi, klima, opremljenost), nisu pronađeni agrotehnički niti zootehnički elementi koje bi trebalo promijeniti ili poboljšati radi ostvarivanja boljih proizvodnih rezultata, osim eventualno promišljanja o prelasku na ekološku proizvodnju jer gospodarstvo raspolaže značajnim proizvodnim površinama u blizini farme koje bile pogodne za napasivanje.
Abstract (english)
Aim of the research was to present the established system of forage production for feeding the cattle at Matakovo d.o.o. (Ltd) company from Marijanci and provide any suggestions for improvement. The research showed that Matakovo d.o.o (Ltd) company from Marijanci produces voluminous and concentrated feed and straw on total of 1 226 ha of arable land for 413 dairy cow, 273 heifers and 105 calves. Among the crops, by share of the areas, the following are represented: maize (silage, for dry grain and for wet grain), wheat (for straw and grain sale), soybeans (for grain replacements for soybeans meal), alfalfa (foe haylage and hay), italian ryegrass (for haylage and hay) and triticale (for grain and straw). Forage yields were high in the favorable year and low in the unfavorable year. The milking of dairy cow was above the national average and is satisfying, refers to high quality feeding, keeping, hygiene, milking and good animal health. Considering the good production results achieved in the conditions of Matakovo d.o.o. (Ltd) (land resources, climate and equipment), no agrotechnical or zootechnical elements have been found that need to be changed or improved. Apart from possibly considering switching to organic production because company has significant production areas near farm that are suitable for grazing.
