Abstract
GLOBAL G.A.P. jedan je od najvažnijih i najprihvaćenijih komercijalnih standarda u Europskoj Uniji. Certifikacijska shema je uspostavljena zbog provođenja dobre poljoprivredne prakse (DPP/ GAP), programa integrirane kontrole pesticida (IPC), sustava upravljanja kvalitetom (QMS) i HA CCP načela. Cilj primjene GLOBALG.A.P. sustava je jačanje povjerenja kupaca u kvalitetu i zdravstvenu ispravnost poljoprivrednih proizvoda, te stalna briga o zdravlju i sigurnosti zaposlenika na farmi kao i životinja u uzgoju. Cilj mu je također minimalizirati negativne učinke poljoprivrede na okoliš te osigurati odgovoran odnos prema stanovništvu.
Abstract (english)
GLOBALG.A.P. is one of the most widely used and accepted commercial standard sin European Union. This certification scheme was established to insure conduction of Good Manufacture Practice (GMP), Integrated Pesticide Control programme (IPC), Quality Management System (QMP) and HACCP principles. The aim of GLOBALG.A.P. system implementation is strengthening of buyer's confidence on quality and hygienic correctness of agricultural products, as well as constant care on health and safety of farm workers and animals on farms. Also, its aim is to minimalize negative impact of agriculture on environment and assure responsible relationship towards society .
