Abstract
Ovaj rad će obrađivati temu zapošljavanja starijih osoba. Rad obuhvaća sintezu podataka Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje, pri čemu se analizom utvrđuju čimbenici koji utječu na zapošljavanje starijih osoba. Trend rasta, odnosno, pada potražnje osoba treće životne dobi pratit ćemo analizama po godinama i osvrtati se na moguće razloge lošeg stanja na tržištu rada za ove osobe. Tržište rada u današnjici uvelike je konkurentno zbog nedostatka radnih mjesta, te velikog broja mladih obrazovanih osoba koje konkuriraju za radna mjesta. Kao jedna od problematika navodit će se i to što osobe u ovoj dobnoj skupini kada izgube svoje radno mjesto često novo niti ne pronalaze. Objasnit će se potencijalne mjere za pomoć pri zapošljavanju starijih osoba i mogući načini i rješenja kako bi osobe starije dobne skupine postale konkurentnije pri zapošljavanju. Prikaz dobnih skupina sa razinom obrazovanja na tržištu rada, te gospodarske utjecaje na tržište rada. U radu su obrađene i prikazane prednosti i nedostatci starijih osoba kao potencijalnih zaposlenika. Stariji uvelike mogu biti vrijednost za poduzeće zbog svog dugogodišnjeg iskustva u poslu, te mogu pružiti edukaciju i potporu mlađim zaposlenicima koji nemaju dovoljno radnog iskustva.
Abstract (english)
This papre will address the topic of employment of the elderly. The papre includes a synthesis of data from the Croatian Employment Service, where the analysis determines the factors that affect the employment of the elderly. The labor market today is highly competitive due to lack of jobs, and a large number of young educated people competing for jobs. Potential measures to help emloy older people and ways to make them more competitive in employment will be explained. Overview of age groups with the level of education on labor market, and economic impacts on the labor market. The paper deals with and presents the advantages and disadvantages of the elderly as potential employees. Older people can greatly be of value to the company beacuse of their many years of work exeperience, and can provide eduacion and support to younger employees who do not have enough work experience.
