Abstract
OPG " Đurđica Azinić " svinjogojska je farma koja nije specijalizirana za jednu vrstu proizvodnje, već na svojim objektima vrši zatvoreni ciklus proizvodnje. Osim toga, vrši preradu mesa te prodaju suhomesnatih proizvoda. Farma je ukupnog kapaciteta 110 grla, od čega 26 krmača, 64 prasadi, 20 nazimica. Podijeljena je u 4 proizvodne jedinice: prasilište, odgajalište I, odgajalište II i krmačarnik. Žitarice koje se koriste u hranidbi, proizvode se na vlastitim obradivim površinama, ukupne površine 28 ha. Hranidba je ručna, a napajanje vodom automatsko s pojilicama. Pravilan način hranidbe uvjetuje kvalitetan prosječni dnevni prirast omogućuje nazimicama da u proizvodnju uđu sa pravilnom težinom i starosti. Dnevni prirasti, na opisanoj farmi, ipak su nešto niži nego uobičajeno. To je rezultat hranidbe, gdje se životinje hrane s nižim razinama hranjivih tvari, načina držanja i dr. Iz analize sastava smjesa, možemo zaključiti, kako su nepravilno izbalansirani obroci te svinjama nedostaje određena količina hranjivih tvari. OPG "Đurđica Azinić" nije u mogućnosti pratiti nove tehnologije i širiti farmu na veći broj grla. Iako je vlasnik zadovoljan trenutnom proizvodnjom, ona bi se mogla još više povećati ukoliko bi se dobro izbalansirali obroci, povećali dnevni prirasti i smanjila konverzija hrane.
Abstract (english)
Family farm 'Đurđica Azinić' is a pig farm that does not specialize in just one type of production, but carries out a closed production cycle in its facilities.In addition, the family farm also processes meat and sells charcuterie. The capacity of this family farm is 110 head, of which it houses 26 sows, 64 piglets, and 20 gilts. The farm is split into 4 production units: farrowing area, nursery I, nursery II and the sow house. The grain used for feeding is produced on the farm's farmland of 28 hectares. The pigs are fed manually, and the farm uses automatic nipple drinkers. Proper feeding ensures good average weight gain and enables the gilts to enter the production with the right weight and age. Weight gains in this particular farm are nonetheless slightly lower than usual, which is among others a result of lower-nutrient feeding and the way of keeping. The pig feed analysis shows that the meals are poorly balanced and that the pigs lack certain nutrients. Although the owner is satisfied with the current production rates, they could be improved if the food supply was better balanced and certain arrangements for the increase of daily live weight gain and reduction of feed conversion were applied.
