Abstract
Uzgoj crne slavonske svinje se vrši u proizvodnim uvjetima koji su u skladu s kriterijima dobrobiti, zdravlja, dobre stočarske prakse i povoljnog učinka na okoliš. Po hektaru obradive površine preporučuje se držati 15-20 krmača, što ovisi o ukupnoj veličini raspoloživog zemljišta i hranidbi. Ukupni troškovi proizvodnje crne slavonske svinje iznose 252.680,00 kn, odnosno 16.845,33 po rasplodnoj krmači. Dobit po rasplodnoj krmači nakon oporezivanja iznosi 5.224,53 kn. Gospodarstvo na bazi 15 rasplodnih krmača na kraju poslovne godine može ostvariti dobit od 78.368,00 kn. U proizvodnji prevladavaju varijabilni troškovi. Izračunatim pokazateljima uspjeha utvrđena je ekonomična proizvodnja uz koeficijent 1,4 i stopu rentabilnosti od 23%. Držanjem crne slavonske svinje može se pridonijeti razvoju ruralnih područja, očuvanju ove pasmine, kao i proizvodnji vrhunskih gastronomskih suhomesnatih proizvoda
Abstract (english)
Breeding the black slavonian pig is being made within the regulations of wellbeing, health, farming tradition and care for the environment. It is recommended to breed 15-20 sows per hectare, dependable of total available land and nutrition. Total production cost of the black slavonian pig is 252.680,00 HRK, or 16.845,33 HRK per sow. Profit per sow after taxing is 5.224,53 HRK. The economy based on 15 breeding sows at the end of the business year reaches profit of 78.368,00 HRK. In production costs are mainly variable. By the calculated factors of success economical production is determined with coefficientcy factor 1,4% and profitability rate of 23%. Breeding the black slavonian pig contributes to development of rural areas, wellbeing breed, as well as the production of high quality cured gastronomical products.
