Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je izrada baze podataka temeljene na agronomskim i molekularnim podacima dijela gen kolekcije pšenice Fakulteta agrobiotehničkih znanosti. Za izradu baze podataka korišten je MS Access kojim su obrađena agronomska svojstva i molekularni markeri pšenice. Baze podataka genetskih resursa vrijedni su izvori genetske raznolikosti, koji mogu pomoći u suočavanju s budućim problemima globalne prehrambene sigurnosti uzrokovanim kontinuirano rastućom populacijom i klimatskim promjenama
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the creation of a database based on agronomic and molecular data of a part of the wheat gene collection of the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences. MS Access was used to create the database, which processed agronomic traits and molecular markers of wheat. Genetic resource databases are valuable sources of genetic diversity, which can help address future global food security challenges caused by continuously growing populations and climate change.
