Abstract
Cilj rada je opisati svrhu i znaĉenje Kaizen metode za poslovanje poduzeća s naglaskom na mogućnosti unapređenja poslovnih procesa, te navesti prednosti i poteškoće za uvođenje ovog postupka u praksu poljoprivrednih poduzeća. Lean menadžment je najpoznatiji koncept i filozofija za kontinuirano unaprjeđenje poslovanja, procesa i zaposlenika. Kaizen objedinjuje sve lean alate u obliku kontinuiranog unapređivanja i on se upravo zbog toga nalazi na vrhu, odnosno predstavlja krov kuće lean... More menadžmenta. Kaizen metodologija definira filozofiju koja se usmjerava na stalna unaprjeđenja poslovnih procesa proizvodnje i menadžmenta, a prihvaćena i primjenjiva je u velikom broju sektora. Temelj Kaizen metodologije je da se njezinom primjenom postižu stalna i neprekidna unaprjeđenja poslovnih procesa uz zajedniĉko djelovanje znanja i iskustva svih zaposlenika. Na taj naĉin ova metoda istiĉe važnost svakog zaposlenika unutar pojedinog tima te njegovo sudjelovanje u svakom aspektu poslovanja. Cilj Kaizena je kontinuirano eliminiranje nepotrebnih radnji koje stvaraju troškove i primjena poboljšanog naĉina rada, a da se pri tome ne stvaraju novi troškovi. Osnovna ideja je standardizirati radni proces odnosno da se zna tko radi, što radi, gdje se nalazi alat, a uz to da se eliminiraju sve nepotrebne stvari i prepreke koje ometaju proces proizvodnje. Kaizen svoj poĉetak bilježi u automobilskoj industriji, ali je posljednjih nekoliko desetljeća implementiran u druge industrije. Bilo da se radi o tradicionalnoj proizvodnji ili o znanju Kaizen pomaţe poduzećima da njihov proces postane uĉinkovitiji i uspješniji. The aim of this paper is to describe the purpose and significance of the Kaizen method for business operations with an emphasis on the possibilities of improving business processes, and to state the advantages and difficulties for introducing this procedure in the practice of agricultural enterprises. Lean management is the most well-known concept and philosophy for continuous improvement of business, processes and employees. Kaizen combines all lean tools in the form of continuous... More improvement and that is why it is at the top, ie it represents the roof of the house of lean management. Kaizen methodology defines a philosophy that focuses on continuous improvement of business processes of production and management, and is accepted and applicable in a large number of sectors. The basis of the Kaizen methodology is that its application achieves continuous and continuous improvement of business processes with the joint action of knowledge and experience of all employees. In this way, this method emphasizes the importance of each employee within a particular team and his participation in every aspect of the business. Kaizens goal is to continuously eliminate unnecessary cost-generating actions and apply an improved way of working without creating new costs. The basic idea is to standardize the work process, to know who is doing what, what is being done, where the tool is located, and to eliminate all unnecessary things and obstacles that hinder the production process. Kaizen has its origins in the automotive industry, but has been implemented in other industries in recent decades. Whether it is traditional production or knowledge, Kaizen helps companies make their process more efficient and successful.
