Abstract
Cilj rada je analiza proizvodnje lucerne na površinama VUPIK PLUS-a d.o.o Vukovar u sezoni 2018./2019. Lucerna (kultivar Osječka 66) je uzgajana na 175 ha (godinu dana starosti), 53 ha (tri godine starosti) i 50 ha (četiri godine starosti), što ukupno iznosi 278 ha. Praćeni su klimatski pokazatelji (srednja mjesečna temperatura zraka i ukupne mjesečne oborine) te uspoređeni s višegodišnjim prosjecima za ovo područje. Sve agrotehničke mjere u uzgoju lucerne provedene su pravodobno i prema preporukama struke. Uočeno je smanjenje prinosa zelene mase sa starošću lucerne i povećanjem broja otkosa. Ukupni prinos zelene mase lucerne svih starosti sa svih parcela i u svim otkosima iznosi 4 562 860 kg, što daje prosjek od 16 413,16 kg/ha. Prvi i drugi otkos iskorišteni su za spremanje sjenaže, a treći i četvrti za spremanje sijena. Prihod od proizvodnje izračunat je na bazi cijene sjenaže od 0,55 HRK/kg i cijene sijena od 0,25 HRK/kg. Ukupni prihod proizvodnje lucerne iznosio je 2 325 910,00 HRK ili 8 366,58 HRK/ha.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to analyze the production of alfalfa on the surfaces of VUPIK PLUS d.o.o Vukovar in the season 2018/2019. Alfalfa (cultivar Osječka 66) was grown on 175 ha (one year of age), 53 ha (three years of age) and 50 ha (four years of age), for a total of 278 ha. Climatic indicators (average monthly air temperature and total monthly precipitation) were monitored and compared with multi-year averages for this area. All agro-technical measures in alfalfa cultivation were carried out in a timely manner and according to the recommendations of the profession. A decrease in green mass yield was observed with the age of alfalfa and an increase in the number of cuttings. The total yield of alfalfa green mass of all ages from all plots and in all cuttings is 4,562,860 kg, which gives an average of 16,413.16 kg ha-1. The first and second cuttings were used to store haylage, and the third and fourth to store hay. Production income was calculated on the basis of the price of haylage of 0.55 HRK kg-1 and the price of hay of 0.25 HRK kg-1. The total income of alfalfa production amounted to HRK 2,325,910.00 or HRK 8,366.58 ha-1.
