Abstract
Koncept vedske poljoprivrede je veoma dobro prihvaćen od javno definiranog segmenta. Kopriva (Urtica dionica L.) je trajna samonikla biljka, koja ima mnoge koristi posebice u količini vitamina i minerala koje posjeduje. Hranidbeno je i medicinski, ali i poslovno veoma dragocjena. Cilj rada je ispitati izvodljivost i opravdanost poduzetničkog projekta proizvodnje koprive kroz tri scenarija konvencionalni, ekološki i vedski. Temeljem analize tržišta konvencionalne, ekološke i vedske proizvodnje. Zaključuje se kako je vedska proizvodnja najisplativiji oblik proizvodnje zbog niskih ulaganja i troškova, a visoke kvalitete prinosa i prihoda koji se kolokvijalno naziva veganska proizvodnja. Napitak od koprive predstavlja samo prvi u nizu veganskih proizvoda koji se planiraju proizvoditi.
Abstract (english)
The concept of Vedic agriculture is very well accepted by the publicly defined segment. Nettle (Urtica dionica L.) is a perennial wild plant, which has many benefits especially in the amount of vitamins and minerals. It is nutritionally and medically, but also very valuable in business. The aim of this paper is to examine the feasibility and justification of an entrepreneurial project of nettle production through three scenarios conventional, ecological and Vedic. Based on the analysis of the market of conventional, ecological and Vedic production. It is concluded that Vedic production is the most profitable form of production due to low investments and costs, and high quality yields and income which is colloquially called vegan production. The nettle drink is just the first in a series of vegan products planned to be produced.
